Privacy policy

This website does not track visitors, does not set cookies, and does not collect any personal data, apart from the messages you choose to send with its contact form.

It keeps one preference in your browser's local storage, the date of the newest notice you have seen, so that it can tell you when there are new ones. It never leaves your device, and no cookies are used.

The contact form passes your message on. When you write to a lodge, an obedience or the author of a notice, your name, email address and message are sent by email to their address, from the site's no-reply address and through our mail provider (IONOS), so that they can reply to you directly. We do not store the message or your details, and we do not send a copy to anyone else. Their address is not shown to you: you will see it if they reply. To stop abuse, the server counts how many messages each IP address sends, for up to a day, without keeping the messages.

If you send us an email, we will not share your email address with third parties, and we will not use it for any purpose other than replying.
